Crews responded to a dramatic water rescue late Wednesday night after a vehicle plunged into the Potomac River near the Roosevelt Bridge in D.C. DC Fire and EMS officials said the incident happened before midnight on the north side of the bridge.
An individual needed to be rescued on Tuesday after reportedly being on the icy Potomac River, officials said.
