FoxTrot is a comic strip centered on a chaotic suburban family comprised of three kids, two parents and one iguana, and their frequent collisions with pop culture, school, life and each other.

Why the title “FoxTrot”? Bill liked the combination of a short name for the family (takes up less space in the dialogue balloons) and using a dance as a metaphor for the interactions between his characters.
