Things I wish I knew sooner… 1. Recovered body = a fast body. Take your rest days. Eat, sleep, stretch & take care of your body. 2. Neglected strength & mobility. Without strength and mobility, you can’t hold efficient positions under fatigue and swimming is just inefficient positions repeated thousands of times. 3. I didn’t have enough fun. You can’t sustain elite effort for years if every session feels like a burden. Enjoyment is what keeps you in the game long enough to win it. | LSE Performa
